| Q : | What payment methods do you accept? |
| A : | We accept cash; credit and debit bank cards from American Express, Master Card and Visa; Pacific Express cards; personalized checks from a bank conducting business on Guam; and traveler’s checks from major financial institutions. |
| Q : | Will you accept a credit card number for purchase over the phone? |
| A : | In the interest of protecting the card holder’s identity, we require proof of identification for non-cash transactions. Therefore, we do not accept credit card numbers over the phone. |
| Q : | What types of identification do you require for non-cash purchases? |
| A : | Any government issued identification with a card holder’s photograph will suffice. |
| Q : | May I use my paycheck as payment? |
| A : | No. Checks must be payable to Perez Bros., Inc. |
| Q : | I recently opened a checking account, do you accept temporary checks? |
| A : | Checks must be personalized with imprints to include your name, address and phone number. You will be asked to provide proof of identification as well |
| Q : | Do you accept off island checks? |
| A : | No. Checks must be from a bank conducting business on Guam. They must be preprinted to include your name, address and phone number. You will be asked to provide proof of identification as well. |
| Q : | What discounts do you offer? |
| A : | Senior citizens, when purchasing for their primary residence, are entitled to a discount on any purchase made. |
| Q : | May I have a delivery load placed at two or more locations? |
| A : | Product is delivered to one specific location only. |
